Gokul Refoils & Solvent Ltd. (GRSL) is a company registered under the Indian Companies Act-1956. GRSL and GMDC (Gujarat Mineral Development Corporation) a Govt. of Gujarat Enterprise have signed MOU to establish and operate 135 MW capacity captive power plant in a joint venture based on lignite from the Tadkeshwar mine. Accordingly, the joint venture has been formed and registered as a company namely GUJARAT GOKUL POWER LTD., under the Companies Act-1956.
